1) SAME DAY
Picked up and delivered the same day of order, not held over night nor delivered the next day. The order is placed, the item is picked up and delivered immediately.
2) LEVELS OF SERVICE
Local Delivery service levels are: SUPER RUSH- 30 minutes, RUSH- 60 minutes and REGULAR- 90 minutes. The clock starts when the order is placed ie: order is called in at 2:17PM for a RUSH- 60 minute delivery, the item will be picked up and delivered by 3:17PM. fifteen minutes is added to the service times on deliveries to the farthest suburbs; Webster or Bushnell's Basin for example.
3) NFO (Next Flight Out)
It's 10:15am, you need to get an item of great importance to Los Angeles today! You call PDQ and we pick the item up, check the Next Flight Out to Los Angeles, take it to the airport and put it on the plane. We also arrange for an affiliated courier in Los Angeles to pick up the package and deliver it. They notify us of the successful delivery and give us the name of the person who signed for the item and who that person was. We call you immediately to with that information.
4) POD (Proof Of Delivery)
All deliveries require a signature, this constitutes the Proof Of Delivery. If we cannot get a Proof Of Delivery (a signature) we do not leave the package. The only exception to the POD requirement is if we have received prior permission from you that it is alright to leave the package without a signature.
5) OUT OF TOWN DELIVERY
A delivery from Rochester to Albany N.Y. It will be picked up within a half hour of when it was called in and courier will go directly out to make the delivery. Upon completion of job, you will be called with the Proof Of Delivery.
6) OUT OF TOWN PICK UP
An item has to go from Bighamton N.Y. to New York City. Using our extensive list of affiliate couriers we arrange for the pick up in Binghamton and the delivery to New York City, again we will call you with the Proof Of Delivery as soon as the item is signed for at the destination.
